Agenda

Traditional lunch and meeting this year with grilled up hamburgers and hot dogs.  Please bring a dish to pass and your own utensils.  If you have anything you would like added to the agenda please get with a board member prior to the meeting.

This year the election of officers includes:

President, Director at Large, Area 2, Area 4

Voter Proxy - In the event you are unable to attend the meeting but would like your vote to count you can sign over your vote to the secretary (Babs Gunderson).

This year, two issues will be brought to our full membership for final approval at our annual meeting.

As a result of a recent court decision that allows for the collection of all reasonable costs of maintaining our parks, lake and roads, your Association Board has approved the attached changes to our Bylaw's for full membership approval at our annual meeting. Also

Nancy Lashaway-Bokina recently approached the Board and asked that we propose changing the name of Sunset Park, the little park on the point, to Ed Morgan Sunset Park to honor Ed, one of the original developers and benefactors of the Lake. She has offered to pay for a sign for the park.

Association costs as a result of this change. This proposal will be brought for discussion and final approval at our annual meeting. For anyone that is not familiar with Ed, there is a wonderful documentary video below.

Times: 12pm lunch/visit with neighbors (bring a dish to pass & your own utensils)  We try for a 1 pm Meeting time
