A member from the welcome committee will meet with new home owners on the lake and provide a welcome packet*, explain how things work at the lake, ( trash, road and lake maintenance, dues etc.) answer any questions they may have.
* Welcome Packet contains, Association web page address, Negaunee Lake neighbors Facebook address, list of board Officers, trash info, recycling/safety info, copy of current By-laws, and dues information.
